Holes in One at the Golf Course

From time to time the unthinkable happens - lucky players get the famous "hole-in-one". The events recorded here for Magnolia Golf Course are always attested and verified by one or more witnesses. Not all have been recorded - but this page will continue to grow.

March 2004 - Mike Smith did it on the 9th hole using a sand wedge;  we think this young man is likely to this again

Mike has told how to develop skill at golf - go back and start playing at an earlier age; he did - he has been playing since kindergarten

0403_Hin1_MSmith_Ball2.jpg (166640 bytes) This time we are not too sure the ball had so much to do with it

December 2003 William did it at the 18th - 150 yards from tee to hole

Delighted with his success, showing the club crest and motto - Mens Agitat Molem. The ball was an Intech Titanium

Check the "Crest" page to find the meaning of "Mens Agitat Molem"-
